The Atlas of Ramsar Sites in Burundi provides scientific and visual evidence of environmental changes, and makes it possible to take them out of the sphere of Earth observation sciences to present them to a larger audience; it makes it possible to become aware of the speed of these changes and will help to make the right decisions, those that will make it possible to ensure a future for all in an increasingly populated world.
